Hot Dip Galvanizing

Galvanizing is the practice of immersing clean, oxide-free steel into molten zinc to form a protective coating over the metal.

Galvanizing Process

Applying the hot dip Galvanizing process to steelwork provides fabrications with a robust, durable and corrosion protective finish that under normal conditions will last for many years without maintenance of any sort.

Galvanizing Design Process

It is important to bear in mind that the steelwork is immersed into and withdrawn from a bath of molten zinc at about 450°C.
